The proposed platform (if developed) would aim to provide an exclusive dating service.Development and launch are contingent upon:

• Successful funding and development
• Regulatory compliance and approval
• Business viability assessment

3. Waitlist Entry Terms

3.1 Entry Fee

Participation in the waitlist requires a €10,000 entry fee. This fee is:

• Non-refundable: Payment is final regardless of platform development outcome
• Waitlist participation only: Not payment for any existing product or service
• No guarantee: Does not guarantee access to any future platform
• Funding contribution: Helps fund potential platform development

3.2 Waitlist Position

• Position determined by chronological order of payment completion
• Positions are not transferable or assignable
• No personal data is stored or linked to positions by us
• Priority access (if platform launches) based on waitlist position

4. Platform Development Disclaimer

4.1 Conditions for Development

Platform development depends on:

• Achieving minimum viable waitlist size (1,000 participants)
• Securing adequate funding
• Technical feasibility

4.2 Right to Discontinue

We reserve the right to discontinue waitlist operations or decide not to develop the platform at any time, for any reason, without liability for refunds or compensation.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to manipulate waitlist position or system
• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

All content, features, and functionality of this website are owned by RDV Eliteand are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Inability to launch or develop the proposed platform
• Changes to platform concept, features, or timeline
• Third-party service failures (including payment processing)

Your total recourse is limited to the discontinuation of waitlist participation. Entry fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

You agree to indemnify and hold RDV Elite harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your waitlist participation at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Entry fees remain non-refundable upon termination.
