Refund Policy

1. Nature of Payment

The €10,000 entry fee is payment for:

• Waitlist Participation: A position in the pre-launch waitlist
• Development Funding: Contributing to potential platform development costs
• Priority Access: Potential priority access if the platform launches

This is NOT payment for:

• Any existing product or service
• Guaranteed access to a future platform
• Any tangible or digital goods
• Any service currently available

2. Platform Development Risk

By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The RDV Elite platform may never be developed or launched
• Development depends on reaching 1,000 waitlist participants
• Technical, legal, or business challenges may prevent platform creation
• Market conditions may make the platform unviable
• Regulatory requirements may prevent launch

Even if the platform is never developed, no refunds will be provided.

3. No Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Platform never launches: No refund if development is cancelled
• Change of mind: No cooling-off period or change of mind refunds
• Financial hardship: Personal financial changes do not qualify for refunds
• Duplicate payments: Responsibility to verify payments before submission
• Technical issues: Website or payment processing issues do not qualify for refunds
• Delayed launch: No refund for delays in platform development
• Changed specifications: No refund if platform features differ from descriptions
• Dissatisfaction: No refund based on future platform dissatisfaction
• Legal disputes: No refund pending or following legal proceedings

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. While Stripe may have their own dispute resolution processes:

• Chargebacks or disputes will be contested by RDV Elite
• We will provide evidence that no refund is warranted per our policy
• Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in legal action
• Account termination may result from dispute abuse

5. Consumer Rights Disclaimer

While some jurisdictions provide consumer protection rights, these typically apply to purchases of goods and services. Since you are not purchasing any existing product or service:

• Standard consumer protection laws may not apply
• Right of withdrawal periods may not be applicable
• Satisfaction guarantees do not apply to waitlist participation
• Distance selling regulations may not be relevant

6. Acknowledgment Required

By completing payment, you explicitly acknowledge that you have:

• Read and understood this Refund Policy
• Read and agreed to our Terms of Service
• Understood the speculative nature of your payment
• Accepted the risk that the platform may never launch
• Agreed that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• Confirmed you can afford to lose the entire payment amount

7. Alternative Resolution

While we cannot offer refunds, if you have concerns about your waitlist participation:

• Contact our support team at support@rdvelite.com
• We may be able to address account-related issues
• We can provide clarification about platform development status
• We can confirm waitlist position if requested

However, no financial remedies or refunds will be offered through these channels.

8. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your payment will govern your transaction.
